• Design posters to effectively communicate to students and staff protocol in the Testing Center
• Proctor the exams of students with disabilities who are approved to receive testing accommodations per the directive of the Office of Disability Support Services
• Perform quality and security checks of the testing area regularly throughout the day in order to maintain a secure testing environment that upholds academic integrity policies
• Perform basic technical support to x issues related to the technology within the Testing Center and troubleshoot minor technical issues during the testing process
• Effectively communicate any instances of academic dishonesty, major technical issues, and 
student/faculty concerns to the Testing Center Administrator
